Pricing FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Plan A: $400 per month
Includes:
- Monthly books to completion, presentation in the form of financial statements. Staff time not to exceed 1.5 hours monthly.
- Quarterly 1 hour CPA review.
- At year end:
- Tax returns - Federal and 1 state
- 1099’s
- Additional annual state filings (NY LLC fee, NJ CAR, etc)
- Workers Compensation audit done at our location
Does Not Include:
- Payroll
- Response to notices (Unless agreed upon prior)
Plan B: $225 per month
Includes:
- Quarterly books to completion, presentation in the form of financial statements. Staff time not to exceed 1.5 hours quarterly.
- Quarterly 0.5 hour CPA review.
- At year end:
- Tax returns - Federal and 1 state
- 1099’s
- Additional annual state filings (NY LLC fee, NJ CAR, etc)
- Workers Compensation audit done at our location
Does Not Include:
- Payroll
- Response to notices (Unless agreed upon prior)
With both plans, should agreed upon work be done outside the scope of the fixed pricing above, this will be agreed upon and billed at our discounted hourly rates prior to performance.
