CHRISTOPHER O’CONNoR

Christopher O’Connor is a CPA licensed in the State of New York and New Jersey. After working for O’Connor & O’Connor, LLP for 7 years, he became partner in 2005. Chris then became the sole owner and operator of Christopher J. O'Connor, CPA, PC. He has been in public accounting and in private practice since 1998. His areas of expertise are tax planning, attest services, and small business/home-based business services. Chris has successfully developed tax plans and strategies for both individuals and various types of corporations. Small business services has proven to be an area where he truly excels where he provides services such as business formation, growth planning, sunset and buyout plans as well as dissolutions. Chris also provides his clients with attest services including audits, reviews and compilations. These attest services are utilized for a wide variety of purposes including banking, bonding, and both public and private requirements. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ramapo College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
